Oakdale Poole Care Home is a NEW private care home located in Poole; managed by Encore Care Homes. Encore delivers all five types of care; dementia, nursing, residential, respite and palliative.
Working Hours:
2000 - 0800 on a rota basis; including alternate weekends (this is a full-time position working your choice of either 36 or 48 hours per week).

Your New Senior Health Care Assistant Job:
As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you'll be there for people in their time of greatest need. You will deliver practical, physical, social and emotional care within the comfort of our luxury care home. You will also take responsibility for leading a team of Health Care Assistants, offering support and guidance when needed.
What You Need to Succeed:
We believe brilliant care starts with brilliant people. We are looking for individuals with a friendly, kind and reassuring nature that can demonstrate good listening and communication skills, as well as a natural ability to lead and motivate others.
You must hold, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. You must also have the ability to bring the following to the role:
