Your New Home Relations Manager Job:
You will be responsible for the successful management and generation of enquiries within our Hamble Heights Care Home in Fareham. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the sales process that guarantees a successful move-in experience for our new residents. You will build trusting and positive relationships, be understanding of a prospect's needs and concerns and be able to overcome objectives.

Summary of duties:
  • Admissions and maximising occupancy
  • Generating leads and enquiries
  • Reaching targets and managing budgets
  • Provide support in relation to funding methods
  • Arranging open days and attending client and family visits 
 *Please note, this is a full time role and will require some evening and weekend work.
