Winkworth are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join one of our established South West London offices. You will need to be self-motivated and highly organised, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career in Property Management whilst working, for a highly regarded estate agency.

The role involves:
  • Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Instructing and overseeing works carried out on behalf of our Landlords
  • Providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential client
  • Arranging maintenance and contractor visits
  • Processing tenancy swaps
  • End of tenancy processing
  • General enquiries

Requirements for the role:
  • Previous Property Management experience 
  • Good standard of general education (numeracy and literacy)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative
  • Organised and good time keeping
  • Good team member with a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Full clean UK driving license
