Due to the continued growth of our network, Winkworth is looking to recruit an In-House Recruiter /Recruitment Manager. This a rare opportunity to source the very best talent within estate agency, working closely with both Winkworth’s established and new franchisees. The ideal person will have some estate agency recruitment experience or experience of recruiting sales professionals, will have a strong, consultative sales approach and an interest in human resources employee relations.   

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
  • Taking detailed job briefs 
  • Matching candidates to job and drawing up shortlists 
  • Organising interviews and taking constructive feedback
  • Negotiating job offers
  • Exceeding agreed targets and KPI’s
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Educating on the current market
  • Headhunting
  • Advertise new jobs on the Winkworth website, job boards and linked in
  • Building an extensive ‘network’ on linked in
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments
Essential skills:
  • Estate agency recruitment experience or experience of recruiting sales professionals
  • Experience of exceeding target
  • A genuine interest in the property market
  • An ability to deal with Senior Directors 
Salary & other information:
  • Competitive basic salary with £40,000 OTE (depending on experience)
