Winkworth is looking to hire a Lettings Negotiator one of our South West London offices. The roles would suit a current Lettings Negotiator who is keen to work in a more prestigious market, or a determined graduate calibre/graduate with a strong work ethic who is keen to find their first position in this rewarding industry.

Winkworth is a leading estate agency, with established Lettings and Sales businesses across more than 60 London locations, with a further 40 offices in key locations across England. We are a franchised business, which offers unlimited potential to progress within the industry which really sets us apart from other high street agents. 

Requirements for the Lettings Negotiator include:
  • Being proactive and organised in arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Establishing great rapport with applicants, landlords, colleagues and Property Management team
  • An ability to negotiate offers
  • Providing an excellent customer service experience at all times
  • A desire to exceed targets
  • Excellent attention to detail in all administration and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence
Training:

We have an in-house training academy where the successful candidate will be encouraged to attend many training courses to help with their career progression, including ARLA qualification and other relevant training.
