Work for an Organization that Recognizes Your Scientific Knowledge
We are recruiting for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in networking, developing new leads, consultative selling and closing new business. Life science and clinical research experience is a key requirement. Experience in a biopharma, CRO and/or clinical research technology organization focused on eCOA, telehealth, innovation, direct-to-patient engagement/data collection, digital endpoints, etc. is also preferred.

Do you have:
  • 5+ years of experience within business development in clinical research/life sciences (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, eClinical technology or contract research organization [CRO])
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of MS Office and business development software tools
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Experience with healthcare, mHealth and/or clinical research is desired
  • Experience working in contracts/proposals/procurement at a biopharma or CRO
Your knowledge and skills:
  • Independent achiever focused on meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to provide consultative sales supporting customers as they develop studies that include client’s platform and services
  • Effectively demonstrate client’s platform, services and technology via MS PowerPoint, recordings and live platform demos
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence others to accept a point of view, adopt a specific agenda, or to take a course of action
  • Strong written, verbal communication and customer presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills as well as good written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • Industry knowledge related to eClinical technology, decentralized study technology or similar (i.e. CRO sales) is required
  • Existing contact network within the industry (i.e. pharma, biotech, CROs, etc.) is required
