We are working on an extremely exciting role with one of our valued clients. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established team. This organisation is a market leader in their field and offer a unique opportunity for the right candidate. This role will initially be remote working with a view that a phased return to the office on an agile basis will take place later in the year, depending on the circumstances. 

This is an extremely varied role where you will be supporting the HR department in high volume ER casework. Attending disciplinary hearings and investigations, grievance handling, conducting dismissals and carrying out exit interviews. You will be responsible for the absence management including long term and short term sickness. 

You will be heavily involved with the recruitment and onboarding of staff. Discussing vacancies with Department heads and Managers. Creating and advertising job descriptions, sifting through CV and scoring, organising and conducting first and second stage interviews. 

There will be an element of financial management where you will need to negotiate rates with the external stakeholders, building and maintaining important relationships. Our client is looking for someone with payroll experience as you will be overseeing payroll in absence of the Payroll Officer..

This is an interesting opportunity that would really suit a HR Officer or HR Advisor who is well practiced in the above areas. A CIPD qualification is desirable for this role. Unfortunately this is not a trainee position and so candidates with no experience in HR will not be considered.
