We are launching a recruitment campaign for RMN’s across the South Wales area and are looking for Nurses with experience in A&E, ICU, HDU, Wards, CCU or mental health.
You will be supporting NHS & Private Hospitals in the Newport & Gwent area, with the freedom to work where you want, when you want. The shifts will be Ward / Hospital based.
  
Working closely alongside and supporting permanent members of staff as well as other agency nurses within the hospitals, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Support in assessing patient's health and well-being across complex and changing caseloads.
  • Delivering care to meet the individuals' health and wellbeing needs.
  • Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing services.

As Agency Nurse, you will possess the following essential skills:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current PIN
  • NHS experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective work relationships with both colleagues and service users
  • Compassionate and work empathy
  • Resilient and self-motivated nature
