Hoop Nursing are looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse to work a night only position in a purpose-built service in the RCT area. This is a gorgeous service that is run by a well-known and highly respected company who truly value and care for their staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding clinical care to all residents at all times. Using your strong clinical knowledge and established communication skills you will guarantee the highest standards are achieved in all aspects of care, including; relationship centred, clinical and dementia.

The service is run by an experienced and passionate nurse and care team who are overseen by a supportive and personable Home Manager who all work together to maintain their excellent reputation. Staff at this service are long-standing and so are highly experienced in all aspects of their role.

Responsibilities
  • To lead the nurse and care team to provide high-quality nursing care to all service users
  • To ensure the continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care
  • To support residents with all aspects of their care; medication administration, personal care, care planning etc
  • To motivate, inspire and empower the staff team to perform to their best ability
  • To work closely with the multidisciplinary team daily to form a tailored and ideal support structure for service users
  • To empower residents to lead positive and fulfilling lives
  • To build positive and meaningful relationships with residents’ families and friends
  • To deputise in the Home Manager’s absence and delegate tasks, when necessary
  • To prepare written reports for clinical reviews
  • To assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the residents needs and reflect the care being delivered
  • To ensure all complains are dealt with appropriately in line with the company policies and procedures

Essential
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration
  • Must have an active PIN
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills
