The right HR professional for this role is driven, proactive, ambitious, qualified and experienced at either a Business Partner level, HR Manager level or Senior HR Advisor level. As the HR Business Partner your duties will include working as a commercial partner to senior management teams, supporting on restructure activity, talent management, recruitment and people planning, ER case management and you will play a key role in HR project work.
