The primary objective of this new role is to Develop and execute the business development strategy across the DACH region in order to maintain sales growth to scale the business in the region
 
To meet this objective the Sales Manager Germany – Drives & Motion will be required to:
 
  • Orientate quickly into the company – become quickly established within the role and develop a strong understanding of the products and solutions along with their application
  • Develop and drive the sales strategy to grow the regions’ sales opportunities
  • Nurture and grow the sales pipeline utilising the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Provide leadership and stakeholder management internally and externally
 
Industries: The company mainly sells to the OEM and End User market across a diverse range of industries and interesting applications and include, industrial automation, medical and scientific, Mobile platforms, Mobility, Transportation & HVAC
 
The successful Sales Manager Germany will have a good technical grounding covering both electrical and mechanical engineering disciplines and whilst it is desirable to be conversant with Motion technology, it is not prerequisite. Additionally, being a strong results driven leader, exceptional communicator and a relationship builder are important to be successful.
