Our HR SaaS client work will big enterprise companies, winning awards for their work. As a Business Development Manager you will be working to build new relationships. You will be responsible for hunting Enterprise clients, largely dealing with Heads of HR/Talent. About The Business Development Manager Role As the Business Development Manager for a HR SaaS organisation you will have an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and client servicing skills in an established environment. Essential Skills and Competencies of the Business Development Manager: • 3+ years’ sales experience, ideally with a HR SaaS or similar SaaS sector • Ideally experience of working with Enterprise companies • Proactive attitude The Business Development Manager receives a highly competitive salary paying from £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
