Payroll Manager 

Working from home currently and then moving to a flexible working pattern, longer term some office work as this is managing a small team but this is a very flexible working environment. 

Managing a small team processing a payroll for around 1000 monthly employees. 

The role will require an experienced Payroll Manager with good knowledge of pension schemes too. Ideally CIPP qualified or similar qualifications. 

Key is the ability to manage a team as well as look at current systems and processes to develop and streamline the function. 

Proven technical payroll knowledge coupled with strong payroll systems skills.
