Payroll Manager leading a team of 4 reporting into the Head of HR Operations.

Payroll Manager  
  • Working in an established HR Shared Services Team reporting into the Head of HR Operations.
  • Managing a payroll for circa 2000 employees.
  • Managing and implementing training and processes for the team.
  • Responsibility for the overall compliance and compliance of the Payroll function.
  • Responsible for the production of Payroll Reports.
  • Responsible for all Year End procedures.
  • An operational role with responsibility for the team processing the payrolls.
  • Implementing new procedures and processes to assist the development and efficiency of the payroll function.
This role would suit applications with experience of managing a payroll function in a fast paced environment where there is consistent development and change.

Experience of HR Shared Services functions would be highly advantageous.
