This is a newly created role for a Senior EMEA HR Manager.

Supporting the business as it continues to grow, expand and mature via organic growth and acquisition, the Senior EMEA HR Manager will take responsibility for delivering and implementing HR strategy and people initiatives across the UK and EMEA.

Leading the European HR team, this Senior EMEA HR Manager role will drive (and create) HR processes including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement and compliance across multiple European entities.

If you have proven experience working in a Senior HR role at European level coupled with a strong background in talent acquisition, development and performance management then this could be an amazing opportunity for you to deliver and embed HR Strategy across EMEA.
