Working for a highly respected boutique Law Firm based in the City.

Reporting to the COO this role offers the opportunity to collaborate in defining the HR Strategy for the group going forward.

Acting as all round HR Generalist for an employee community of 200 including Partners.

Key duties –

• Recruitment - Defining the Strategy to attract the best Talent and define the group’s value proposition.
• Managing the compensation and benefits programme.
• Managing and delivering the wellbeing programme.
• Responsible for ER Management and acting as the key contact.
• Supporting and advising the Board and Partners on best HR Strategy & practice.

Experience –

• Ideally from a legal sector or professionals services background.
• Excellent HR Generalist experience supporting a similar sized organisation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience of liaising with Partners and Senior Stakeholders.
