Payroll Manager

Working within a busy Finance Function this role will be instrumental in the development of the overall payroll offering.

Payroll Manager –

• Managing a small team, motivating, training and developing.
• Overall responsibility for the accurate and timely production of the employees Payroll and Pensions.
• Management and development of the payroll systems.
• Responsible for the development and upgrades to the systems as and when required.
• Management and responsibility for all statutory compliance.

Requirements –

• Previous Experience of managing a payroll team.
• Excellent current legislative payroll knowledge.
• Excellent payroll systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of pensions provisions.
• Experience of process development within a complex payroll function.
