This technology recruitment business is regarded as one of the top recruitment specialists within the Semiconductor and Electronic industry in Ireland. They have grown exponentially in recent years and are weathering the COVID storm, hence the need for continued growth. As a result, there is a new opportunity for a motivated and determined permanent recruitment consultant to come into the Semiconductor Division.

This position is suitable for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has successfully worked in a 360 capacity for a few years and is very keen to take the next step in their career. It is a warm desk that has huge potential and therefore still offering a significant growth and career opportunity.

Experience:    
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience in semiconductor/hardware/analog industries
  • Solid sourcing foundation with both active and passive candidates, as well as in-depth knowledge of offer negotiation and closing tactics
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and/or ambiguous situations
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or similar), Outlook, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in technology is an enormous benefit

Education:    
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Electronics or related field required
