Job Description
  • Job analysis to understand client needs using our internal tools and processes – often to produce job descriptions and person specifications as required
  • Advertising and using Social media tools in conjunction with marketing managers processes and brand guidelines for finding and attracting candidates
  • Headhunting candidates to deliver a strong shortlist where required
  • Meet personal revenue and meaningful activity metrics.
  • Meet company targets consistently to create a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Further develop your knowledge of the recruitment process while adhering to quality procedures and processes internally
  • Client relationship management – account planning and delve further into existing accounts assigned to you.
  • Working with star candidates in finding them a role. Market Research and build awareness of the Irish market
  • Attend candidate networking events
Person Specification
Your skills and competencies will include:
  • 3rd level degree qualified completed
  • 2-3yrs recruitment experience in a commercial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a sales pipeline
  • Experience using a CRM tool to manage workflow
  • Creative, fluent and persuasive communication skills – both written and verbal with an emphasis on super listening skills
  • Effective Time Management and organizational skills.
  • A positive outlook with strong emotional intelligence and a passion for people.
