The role will involve cross selling through an extensive client base across permanent and contract opportunities. You should have a proven track record of fulfilling digital requirements in the Irish market but will be given the opportunity to work on a global basis.
You will  work in an non - metrics environment so if you love KPI’s then our client isn’t for you.They trust their staff and give them all the tools and support they need to succeed.
Base salaries are competitive and well above industry average, there is a very generous commission structure and they believe wholeheartedly in beer o’clock every Friday, as well as some socials every now and then. There is significant investment in their staff and every consultant has a new PC with dual monitor set up, new smart phone, LinkedIn Recruiter account, access to a vast number of job boards (advertising and CV Search).

Salary
