Regional Business Manager

Location: Vienna,Austria 

Salary:  To 70,000 € plus commission (On Target Earnings 110,000€) 

A global leader in dental practice management software and IT solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join their team. 

Since 1987, they have provided dental software and services - that generate loyalty, increase numbers and manage patients - to over 90,000 dental practices worldwide. With offices in UK, France, Holland, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia and as part of a Fortune 500 company, they also have access to international expertise, products, technology and dental consulting. 

About the Role:  

As Regional Business Manager you will be responsible for the new business performance of your assigned geographic territory, which will involve: 
  • Managing the business activities, relationships and revenue streams in your appointed territory 
  • Identifying new business opportunities and speaking to key decision makers 
  • Effectively build relationships with Universities & Graduates to target the next generation of business owners 
  • Selling the entire range of company services to all key areas of the dental profession market, from high street
    practices to mid-corporate businesses 
  • Working with internal Account Manager to upsell / cross-sell additional products 
  • Educating and challenging customer assumptions 
  • Handing over newly won accounts and all relevant information to the onboarding team
  • Keeping all account and activity records up to date on their CRM platform 
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key clients and sales colleagues 
  • Managing pipeline against performance and forecasting each month against sales targets 
  • Attending internal sales meetings, external trade events, educational customer seminars and conferences
    (Includes occasional evenings and weekends) 
  • Organising personal travel and accommodation arrangements 
  • Presenting at customer events, business insight seminars and masterclasses in your territory 
What you will need for the Regional Business Manager Role: 
  • The ability to convert prospects and close deals as quickly as possible 
  • Proven success in qualifying opportunities involving key decision makers 
  • A solid understanding of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques 
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying problems and overcoming objections
  • The ability to identify the customers motivators and tailor the business conversation around the customers business needs 
  • Capable of taking control of the sales cycle; able to articulate the value proposition 
  • Comfortable monetising on opportunities
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Exceptional listing and verbal / written communication skills - able to present and negotiate 
  • Self-motivated, results driven and passionate with a flexible approach 
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience convincing SME business owners to invest in new or replacement technology 
  • Your own visions and ability to contribute to discussions on their business solutions 
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Good level of Maths - able to calculate percentages and understand margins
  • Trained in the use of needs analysis (Business case & ROI based) solutions
  • Experience working in sales (Ideally in the Software environment)
  • Public Speaking Experience
  • Previous experience in the dental profession 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
