Business Analyst / Account Manager

Location: South (Working from home with 1-2 days a week in Gillingham) 
Salary:  To £30,000 plus Sales Incentive Bonus 
With teams based in the UK, New Zealand and the USA our client is a successful technology based communications solutions provider.  They pride themselves in transforming the efficiency and effectiveness of companies customer communication delivery needs. 
They are now looking for a dynamic, proactive and competent Business Analyst to Account Manage various customers with the largest being based in Gillingham, Kent. 
The successful technical based analyst will benefit from the flexibility of working from home while enjoying the customer facing interaction with their clients. They will be adept in understanding the customer needs and be the key interface between important clients and the operational and technical teams. 
About the Role 
  • Assimilating and communicating complex requirements from client business teams to company operational and technical teams for development and delivery for changes and new requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with other business functions to ensure the customer receives the highest possible satisfaction.
  • Management of numerous projects of varied difficulties to specified timescales and targeted levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and driving reviews to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Identifying and supporting additional opportunities for growth of business for within existing and new business.
What We Need from You: 
  • Experience of working in complex technical environments (A good understanding of technical concepts)
  • Customer Account Management
  • A problem solving ability
  • Experience of business analysis deliverables in line with project scope and business strategy
  • An ability to analyse data and identify changes that need to be made to improve performance 
  • Management of tickets
  • Understanding that the customer experience is key to company success 
  • Interfacing with technical teams and customers face to face and via video / conference call 
  • Documenting requirements to company standards
  • The majority of this position is home based, however travel to your clients sites is required  and therefore a UK driving license and own car is required 
  • Experience of Project Management a benefit
