Location: Gillingham, Kent 
 
Salary:  £19,000 - 23,000 dependent on experience PLUS Uncapped Commission Structure and quarterly company bonus on top - OTE Year 1 £33,000 
 
We are looking for a Sales Superstar who will maximise opportunities from existing Clients and be able to anticipate the needs of your clients, explore leads and data and make the most of all upsetting opportunities. For every sale you earn commission!

About the Role: 

  • Develop business relationships with your existing clients at all levels.
  • You will be responsible for your own territory within the UK 
  • Anticipate and Identify opportunity to increase sales margins with existing customers
  • Always being a advocate for the company’s products and services in every communication 
  • Being the first line of Contact to your Customers and supporting them wherever necessary 
  • Meet the required number of outbound calls to support targets and drive sales growth.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices for Public and Corporate Customers in a timely fashion to ensure prompt delivery
  • Utilise the CRM system to capture all relevant information 
What We Need From You: 
  • To be a motivated and driven individual with a “Can do” attitude 
  • A minimum of 1 years B2B sales experience 
  • A proven track record of hitting KPI's and sales target 
  • Excellent Persuasive Client Relationship building skills 
  • A Team Player that will be inspirational to their peers within their team 
  • Clear communication and excellent written / numerical and problem solving skills
  • IT literate; being able to understand data and work with a CRM system 
Benefits: 
  • Up to £23,000 per annum
  • Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE year 1 £33,000) 
  • Plus quarterly company (discretionary) bonus payment of £350.00
