Location: Gillingham, Kent (Office Based) 
 
Salary:  Up to £26,000 plus commission and then on top MBO Bonus of 2k per year - OTE Year 1 £32,000 upwards 
 
Our client is the World’s leading dental software solution provider.  They are a household name within their industry, providing software solutions to Dental Practices in131 territories Worldwide. 
 
This software ensures patient retention, and helps increase a dental practices performance. 
 
We are looking for a Customer Success Advisor / Account Manager who can build upon existing relationships with Dental Practices, and help them to maximise the potential of their software, whilst at the same time recognising opportunities for the up-selling of products and offering our clients software consultancy services. 
 
About the Role: 
  • To introduce yourself to existing customers and provide knowledge, and help and support to them on how to maximise the softwares output
  • Ensuring your focus is on retention, and that none of your clients go elsewhere, by instilling confidence in the software and what it can do for your clients 
  • Acting upon upsetting opportunities of our clients value added products and consultancy support services 
  • Driving Leads towards other departments (commission payable) 
  • (Ultimately this is an entry level position, that can lead to a Consultant Position of 30k starting salary plus commission) 
 
What We Need From You:
  • A proven track record of working in sales or retentions and hitting targets that meet customer satisfaction 
  • A great persuasive personality 
  • A passion to learn, as you need to know enough about the software in order to sell its benefits to your clients
  • Excellent Communication Skills, and nothing is too much trouble attitude 
  • That you are quick to recognise situations or conditions where change is needed 
  • Great Time Management skills to ensure deadlines are always met, whilst maintaining a high standard of performance
  • IT literate - Experience of working with SAAS is beneficial 

Benefits: 
  • Up to £26, 000 basic dependent on experience 
  • Plus uncapped commission on top (OTE Year 1 circa £32,000 per year)
  • MBO Bonus of an additional £2000.00 per year (in addition to commission)
