Our client is looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to help to drive their business strategy forward and be a part of their limitless success!

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience

This is an exciting new role for a talented individual to carve a career with a company which are taking digital consent within dental practices to the next level.
They are now ready to expand their team and are looking for an experienced Business Development Lead / Acquisition Manager to join their Manchester team to showcase this fully audited, patient centric platform which ultimately improves patient understanding and increases patient retention in dental practices.
 
The successful candidate will be able to strategically identify new business opportunities through effective lead generation, and be able to work alongside other departments on new business strategy, along with working with marketing on online and offline marketing opportunities, which are in line with our clients vision.Your role is likely to progress and evolve as the company continues to grow.
 
You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, updating the CRM, opening up new opportunities and providing demo’s.The role would suit a very bright graduate or someone with solid experience of Business Development.
 
About the Role:
  • Identification of new business opportunities, through effective prospect management and negotiation, to achieve business objectives.
  • Working closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to provide a structured and targeted approach to lead generation
  • Develop and cultivate business relationships both over the phone, face to face and via email communication
  • Manage all inbound generated leads in a timely manner
  • Use all available industry and social media to source leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Dental industry and government regulations around this industry
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reporting and relevant data to senior management
  • As the company grows your role will develop to become the key contact with their software partner’s and may require some travel to the South East.
 
What We Need From You:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Demonstrable track record of successful business development and lead generation
  • A proven high conversion rate from lead to sale, and evidence of KPI’s being over achieved
  • Ability to work independently, along with collaborating with other departments and the senior management team to align to company goals and vision
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and passionate - with a flexible approach
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Have a “can-do” attitude to all tasks required
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
  • Marketing experience is also advantageous
  • Knowledge of the healthcare/dental market is advantageous but not essential
