We are looking for an enthusiastic school leaver to join our winning team based in Lower Peover to start Sept 2020.

Apprentice - Business Admin Assistant
 
Location: Lower Peover (WA16)

Due to continued success and growth we are looking for an Apprentice to work in our new offices in Lower Peover,
just outside of Knutsford.
 
AvA-V specialise in bespoke soft skills training and provide recruitment services, to a number of household names that you would instantly recognise.
For the right candidate we are able to offer the opportunity to learn all about Business Administration, Recruitment and Customer Service in a fun, friendly environment. For the successful candidate, career progression may be on the table at the end of your apprenticeship with us.
 
AvA-V have a dress for the day policy meaning casual dress is acceptable when clients are not on site and will offer flexible working hours around your ability to travel to and from the office.
Due to the current situation all initial interviews will be held by telephone and video call and proposed start date in these uncertain times will be September 2020.
 
What We Need From You:

About the Role:
 
• Answering the telephone
• Dealing with external suppliers and placing orders
• Stock control
• Printing and scanning documents for training
• Data input
• Speaking with candidates & formatting CV’s
• Meeting & greeting clients
• Collating information for marketing purposes
• Attending workshops, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
• Assisting within the relevant department, but also learning about other aspects of the company.
• Observing health and safety procedures.
• Completing all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations.
• Keeping a log of everything learned.
 
The Benefits:
  • Weekly Salary £124.50
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas break.
  • You will achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator standard over 18 months
  • Flexible working hours (30 hours a week)
  • The opportunity to increase hours following probation
  • Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
