Position: Experienced Cook/Stew

Yacht: 25m Private/Light charter- 8 weeks per year
 
Start date : Soon
 
Itinerary: Full time based in Exumas year round
 
Requirements: Basic culinary training- Seasoned cook- Healthy focus, fresh, local.
Mostly Fresh fish, Basic breakfast, surf/ turf, sweet desserts. Daily interior upkeep and service. 4 cabins 3 crew.
 
Passport, ENG1, STCW10, Dive certified a plus
 
Very organized, hard working, clean galley habits, detail provisioning expertise, ability to build relations with local markets/networks. Budget conscious, enjoys  healthy cooking and pastry. interior eye for detail- responsible for 4 cabins.  Reliable, motivated, good attitude, happy. Team player and happy to help out where needed. Charter experience and some knowledge with lines and fenders a plus.

Minimum 1 years experience on charter programs, hospitality back ground, good nature, positive personality. 
 
Personality is very important. Friendly and professional. Mature and Calm. Not the party type, someone who enjoys hobbies and spends free time responsibly
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience.

.Looking for someone to join and grow with company. Prior crew have enjoyed there time with good longevity. 
 
This vessel does a lot of fishing and catches all there own meals only purchase fresh produce
