Requirements:     Fluent English, other languages a plus. 
Primary Objectives:
• Assists with provisioning of all food items
• Prepares Guest meals as directed
• Ensures adequate Public Health standards are complied with
• Assists with galley cleaning after each service
• In control of galley and all aspects of on board food logistics including budget when the Head Chef is absent
• In control of crossing logistics - All provisioning, ordering, galley control, time sheets and log book, stock control, purchase requests
• Pest management control - when the Head Chef is absent
• Menu Planning for guest and crew meals
 
Salary Package:    $ 4100  USD, rotation 3:2 paid when on board.
