Start date: Late June 2020 for 7 weeks through mid August (can go full time).
 
Itinerary: Mediterranean cruising
 
Licence Required: YM200+
 
Requirements: 
 
STCW78/95/10
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
Must have Med. cruising experience
Preferred Azimut experience
Charter quality service
 
Chef: Culinary trained or strong restaurant background. Med style, Spanish, American, healthy. Very clean and organized. Provisioning skills. Charter quality presentation. 

Stewardess: High level of service. Charter quality. Very Organized. Friendly and well spoken.

  1. Service- people that think before I have to tell them - they know your needs before you even express them 
  2. They MUST absolutely LOVE children AND willing to help out with them especially the 9 and 11 year old. There is also an almost 2 year old who will have a Nanny but they must also feel comfortable with her. 
  3. Work well as a team - helping one another if necessary
  4. Extremely organized - everything must always be impeccable and always maintain everything as pictures I will provide  
  5. Super clean - everything must be impeccable inside and outside - beds are steamed daily to make sure they do not look wrinkled, bathrooms are all washed daily and are picked up when used afterwards 
  6. Captain familiar with great  spots in the Med
  7. Never let guests carry or work - be their hands and eyes 
  8. Unpacking for guests 
  9. Turndown details and presentation 
  10. Setting table beautifully 
  11. Table and serving aesthetics 
  12. Fresh  different cocktails offered (themed cocktails and decorative drinks) 
  13. Afternoon tea time
  14. Washing and ironing
  15. Be cleaning bathrooms 
  16. Ask wishlists for guests
  17. Help with reservations and excursions at ports 
  18. If go to port always remember to pack whatever would be needed - towels, drinks/cooler etc
  19. Anytime come back on board always have fresh beautiful cold towels offered for guests hands 
  20. Toilet paper/Napkin folding details - finesse and art with this 
  21. Welcoming details 
  22. Proper serving etiquette 
  23. Chef/Stew - must be great with presentation, if does not have a very creative initiative then able to follow recipes very well 
  24. When guests are on board constantly be offering them service, food and drinks and refilling before they ask 
  25. Crew must be ok with guests dining at different times … as children eat earlier and then adults later 
  26. Feel comfortable arranging florals 
  27. Background checks must be impeccably clean - we have children so we cannot have anyone that is not as straight and clean as an arrow ... 
VISA:  Schengen if needed for Med. Valid passport.
 
Other Requirements:  Designated Security Awareness and/or PDSD,
 
Responsibilities: Running a successful and enjoyable/safe owner trip
 
 
Job Specifics: You will be running this yacht through out the Med. with 4 crew members and owners and children on board. It will be high/charter quality standards.
You will be expected to keep the yacht in top condition. Safety is most important. This is a new yacht.  
 
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience
 
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
 
Commercial Registered Yacht: No - private under 500gt
