ProCore Solutions has been retained to find an Account Manager for one of our Clients who is an industry leader in water technology. Through continued business growth we are looking for the Account Manager to help service and manage the various relationships that the business is built upon.  The role will be focused on the South West UK - around the Bristol area ideally.
  
You’ll be responsible for revenue and profit growth of targeted accounts in the paper industry. Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll build relationships with existing customers by meeting their key business needs. 

Selected responsibilities….
  • Generate sales plans to close new opportunities within existing customer base to meet defined goals.
  • Work closely with large, strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives
  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
  • Demonstrate the ability to stabilize jeopardy business in large, strategic accounts
  • Targeted accounts are in paper industry only
  • 20-60% overnight travel required depending on the initial geographic position

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment, papermaking process or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems OR paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations, or industrial processes wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
