Meraki Talent’s client is currently looking to hire a Vice President for Liquidity Risk Reporting into their business.  Our client is a leading Global Bank which has made a sizable commitment to their Glasgow site in recent times.  As part of this ongoing growth and development they are looking to build out Liquidity Risk Reporting in Glasgow and this appointment is crucial to this process.
  
Within Liquidity Risk Reporting the team is responsible for producing a range of reports for both internal and external risk management purposes and for submission to the regulators.  As the VP for this area you will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing the submission of the Liquidity Risk Reports.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
  • Oversee daily submissions of regulatory reports and MI
  • Management and leadership of the team of AVPs and Analyst
  • Driving the migration and implementation of treasury MI onto the strategic platform
  • Oversee the change management process for regulatory reports
  • Ensure the robustness of data, maintain the roadmap for future
  • Ensure robust controls and processes are in place
  • Build effective relationships across the business – Front Office, Treasury, IT, Finance
  
For this role, my client is seeking a strong leader and manager who understands the principals of liquidity risk management within the Banking sector.  Experience in maintaining reports and improving efficiencies is key as is the ability to test and engineer processes for new reports.  Strong balance sheet and finance skills will be key to this role.  Great opportunity to add value to a newly transferring team at an exciting juncture in my clients evolution.
