Meraki Talent's Asset Management client are recruiting for a Compliance Manager with a strong background in Regulatory Risk across Financial Services.

The role of the Compliance Manager will be to directly work with the Compliance Lead to cover all areas affected by Regulatory Risk. In line with both the UK and US regulatory frameworks.

Key Duties

Supporting the Compliance Lead across Regulatory Risk
Working with the Global Compliance function and contributing to the brand
Taking responsibility for the affect of Regulatory Change on the business
Work with Senior Stakeholders and Management to ensure a consistent approach to Regulatory Risk
Take the lead on Compliance training matters
Oversight of Regulatory and functions such as SMCR

Profile of a Compliance Manager

Strong experience within Regulatory Risk and Compliance
Direct Asset Management experience preferred
Knowledge of both the US and UK regulatory bodies
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Professional Qualifications preferred
