Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client is actively looking for an experienced Change Manager (Customer Operations) The Change Manager (Customer Operations) will be aligned to our client’s shared service and customer operations team. The Change Manager (Customer Operations) will play a pivotal role in managing the change on behalf of Customer Operations, working collaboratively with the wider business areas. With a focus on business readiness, you’ll have the opportunity to support the full change cycle from feasibility through to implementation, playing a lead role on behalf of our operational teams. 
  
Responsibilities of the Change/Business Readiness Analyst/Manager
  
- Working within the defined project governance framework to ensure risks and issues associated with the project are appropriately recorded
- Ensuring business readiness across the operational teams (comms, training and operations) and facilitating between the business and the change project team
- Supporting or potentially leading the initial scoping of the project to ensure business case, change project objectives, deliverables and success measures are appropriately defined.
- Inputting and producing high quality project documentation including plans, actions, decisions, risks, issues and incidents in line with the project objectives, to ensure successful delivery.
- Developing change management methodologies, processes and tools and ensuring they are used within own area for scope of change management project. 
  
Background of the Change/Business Readiness Analyst/Manager
  
- Extensive experience working within a Change Management/Delivery or Business Readiness capacity, this experience must be clearly evidenced within your CV
- Experience working within financial services highly advantageous
- Experience working within a large scale organisation essential
- Both Agile and Waterfall experience would be preferable but not essential
- Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing business readiness plans across cross functional teams
