12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Competitive Salary 

  • Supporting the assurance and attestation of the ledger at month end;
  • Ensuring that a legal entity lens is applied to financial control activity and assist in preparation of legal entity review packs;
  • Preparing GDRS enrichment data;
  • Co-ordinating and liaising with a large number of stakeholders including finance business partners, other GFS teams, operational teams, company secretarial and external auditors;
  • Tracking progress and managing a number of stakeholders to deliver a high volume of deliverables to tight deadlines;
  • Identifying improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, including the running of debrief meetings and driving continuous improvement initiatives; and
  • Delivering prescribed outcomes by working within established procedures
  • A professional finance qualification
  • Recent hands on experience of preparing statutory financial statements or financial control
  • Good understanding of business systems, and a practical understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Ability to utilise and manipulate spreadsheets, produce formatted charts and use advanced formulae and pivot tables
  • Commercial awareness of the market and industry environment 
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise your own workload
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to implement change
