Meraki Talent are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to work on a 4-month assignment with our client based in Edinburgh.

Key duties will involve;
  • Provide payroll assistance to all employees
  • Manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Complete operational checks
  • Support system testing
  • Focus on the payroll cycle for all payrolls
  • Establish process control measures for compliance 
  • Establish and maintain HR Process documentation
  • Make sure that accurate Management Information is consistently provided
  
Skills required;
  • Strong PC Skills – MS Office
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience of working in a general payroll environment with expertise of payroll systems and processes
  • An aptitude to analyse and report on data
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
