Meraki Talent is currently recruiting a Transfer Pricing Manager/Senior Manager for a Top 10 consultancy firm in the Netherlands. The firm is looking for an innovative addition to their team who can play a part in helping to build up its Transfer Pricing practice further.

Duties for the role of Transfer Pricing Manager/Senior Manager:
  • Leading a team of Transfer Pricing specialists
  • Analysis of economic information (financial and business)
  • Developing and evaluating transfer pricing documentation reports
  • Organising Advance Pricing Agreements and leading discussions regarding these with the APA team of the tax authorities
  • Taking responsibility for transfer pricing checks by the tax authorities and discussing results
  • Preparing tax-efficient transfer pricing structures, focusing on the business
  • Providing input on the risks of transfer pricing, e.g. in due diligence assignments
Requirements for the Transfer Pricing expert role:
  • Manager: 5-7 years of experience in transfer pricing
  • Senior Manager: 7-10 years of transfer pricing-related experience
  • Time spent recently working in a Big Four or Top 10 firm
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Tax-related qualification or university degree (e.g. CTA or LLM)
  • Beneficial: Language skills
