Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client is actively looking for an Incident Manager to undertake the coordination and improvement of incident management. This role will provide proactive a focus on high and critical priority incidents and will drive a culture of management and control of lower impact incidents within the technical teams

Responsibilities of the
Incident Manager:

- Support Senior Management to deliver an incident management interface
- Interface with the Service Desk and with Group Business Resilience to ensure IT processes are aligned with the existing Group Incident Management Structure.
- Focus on day to day responsibility of incident management
- Participate on a rota providing online cover 07:30am to 5:00pm
- Administer IT incident management processes minimising risk to the on-going service and
  
Background of the Incident Manager:
  
- Extensive experience working within IT Operations and specifically Incident Management is essential for this role
- An in-depth knowledge of ITIL principles, ideally coupled with ITIL qualifications
- Experience working within a large scale company highly preferred
- Experience working within financial services helpful
- On occasion, be able to be present in the Edin City Centre office if required at 0730 in line with rota
