Meraki Talent’s industry leading Investment client are looking for a Client Services Administrator to join an expanding team.

This is a key role as you will prepare timely processing instruction to various internal departments and local offices so that premiums can be debited and policies issued promptly.

Responsibilities of the Position:
  • To ensure that all handled programmes are implemented to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines
  • To build strong relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts
  • Processing client payments and account amendments, liaising with operations teams were appropriate.
  • Take responsibility for all appropriate client communication as instructed.
  • Support quarterly portfolio valuation processes.
  • Assist where required with on going Projects that are identified throughout a given year for better improvement to the Global Services Department
  • Maintain a robust control framework
Background of the Position:
  • Back office work experience from within a large corporate environment
  • Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry
  • Experience managing end-to-end administration processes
  • Enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
