Our Client

The Role
Working as part of the banking and finance team you will be required to;
- Draft, negotiate and review a broad range of financial services legal documents to include corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, derivatives documentation and key fund documentation
- Advise clients on Financial Services regulatory matters including IBOR Transition, MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR and other regulatory requirements as applicable to banks, insurers, funds and asset managers;
- Support clients in the negotiation and execution of a range of transactions and developing contract negotiation playbooks for clients;
The Person
You will meet the following criteria
- Qualified Solicitor -0-4 years PQE
- Previous banking experience and experience of advising clients
- It would be ideal that you would have some financial regulatory experience and knowledge
- Ability to coach, mentor junior members of the team and QA work
