Our Client
Our client is a large multinational Tech company who are in a period of rapid expansion. Due to a recent acquisition they are now looking to hire a number of Commercial Analysts to the Commercial Finance department within their Group Finance function.

In this team you will be on the front line and heavily involved in review, constructing, and making deals.

Who should apply?
Qualified Accountants with 0-4 years PQE with excellent academic track records. We believe the successful candidate is more than likely working as one of the following areas (however these roles are not for ‘typical accountants’, so if you see yourself as more than just an accountant this could be a unique opportunity for you):
  • Big 4/5 trained accountant – audit, tax, corporate finance, or advisory
  • Financial Services graduate program trained accountant
  • Any post qualified commercial exposure would be beneficial but not essential
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the lead manager of the Commercial Finance department:
  • Financial analysis & modelling
  • Review and negotiation of contracts
  • Assisting with the integration of newly acquired companies
  • Preparation of customer pricing simulations
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts for customers
  • Dealing directly with customers and senior company management
  • Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
