Are you a driven and passionate individual with great communication skills? our client is looking for a superb French/Dutch speaking CS agent.

This is an enticing role whereby you will be responsible for the daily management of our French & Flemish/Dutch speaking customer base. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Your main responsibility will be aiding our French speaking customers with any assistance they require , however you can be requested to help out with both Dutch and English support.
  • Communicate with our customers via online chat, email and telephone.
  • You are attentive to the expectations of our customers and ensure they are satisfied with all their interactions with our client.
  • Ensure high quality service for our customers, including troubleshooting and escalation of issues as per our internal processes and procedures.
  • Help ensure that our customers bet responsibly.
  • Meet quarterly qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
  • Natively fluent in French.
  • Business proficiency in Dutch.
  • Business proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge in the betting and gaming world is a plus.
  • Has similar work experience in customer service for an online business.
  • Is able to understand and fulfil the needs of a customer. 
  • Has very good organisational and communication skills. 
  • Team player and not afraid to work on their own. 
  • Knows how to set priorities.
