360 Search are working exclusively with a Dublin 4 based brokerage who are looking to add an experienced Financial Planning administrator to the team. Whilst the company is predominantly Commercial Insurance, the Financial Planning function is growing. The successful candidate will be working directly with the Managing Director, they must be experienced in the area of Life, Pensions & Investments and be looking to progress their career.

The Job:  
  • Managing the administration function of the department.
  • Assisting the Financial Planner in the formulation and documentation of appropriate strategies for the client.
  • Develop the ability to identify and document a range of strategies in a compliant, personalised and tailored format.
  • Support the Financial Planner in the annual review process for clients.
  • Attend client meetings with the Financial Planner on and off site.
  • Critically analyse information received from planner and clients alike.
  • Research and analyse funds and products from the various providers in the market.
  • Manage pipeline and ensure compliance at all stages.
  
The Person:
  • Must hold QFA at a minimum.
  • Any other industry qualification will be looked upon favourably.
  • Degree level qualification is preferable.
  • Experience gained within the Financial Services industry, ideally within a Brokerage.
  • An ability to build positive relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • A flexible, positive attitude and outlook.
  • Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think quickly.
  • The ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated. 
  • A high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ancillary software
  • Experience using Wealthtrack and Voyant would be a bonus.
  • Strong customer service skills, orientation and focus.
