The company have an opportunity for a trainee or junior Private Client Administrator to provide full administrative support to a private client team. Supporting the Senior Administrators and Investment Managers.
Key responsibilities:
The company have an opportunity for a trainee or junior Private Client Administrator to provide full administrative support to a private client team. Supporting the Senior Administrators and Investment Managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Collate documentation for client meetings.
- Liaise with Investment Settlement Operations and Banking department on administrative matters.
- Assist in setting up new clients.
- Collate and dispatch general documentation
- Answering calls and assisting with client queries.
- Draft client correspondence.
- Maintain client files.
- Communication skills: written and oral, will be required to communicate problems and updates to colleagues and external parties.
- Teamwork: work as part of a team providing support to colleagues and managers.
- Planning & Organising: Proficient in adopting a methodical approach to work – good organisational skills.
- Technical Experience: sound knowledge of team and business area.
- Problem solving: methodical approach to problem solution.
- Customer Focus: Focusing on delivering internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Be able to deliver first class client service and work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Have a methodical approach to problem solving
- Have good organisational skills
- A keen interest in investment management and the financial services industry
- Have commenced studying towards the QFA or be willing to complete
