The company advise on assets in excess of €150 million across a broad spectrum of personal and corporate clients. They provide financial advice in the areas of pensions, investments, savings and life & illness cover and are experts in the field having won awards as best in the industry.
  
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to start or further their career in the position of Life & Pensions Administrator within this small, fun and friendly team.
                 
About the Role:
  • Provision of top-quality customer service support to our private and corporate clients.
  • Maintaining client relationships and dealing with client queries and concerns in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Processing and overseeing new business applications for investments, pensions and protection policies.
  • Pipeline management and follow-up to policy issue stage.
  • Diary management for the Directors.
  • Preparation of client Investment Reports.
  • Managing Group Pension and Risk Schemes.
  • On-going maintenance of client database & client files.
  • Meeting and greeting clients at our offices.
  • Scanning and allocation of all daily office post.
  • General office administration and management duties where necessary.
About You:
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude are of the utmost importance for this position.
  • This is a varied role so the ability work on your own initiative and be flexible in your approach to work is key.
  • You must have a customer first approach and be a confident communicator.
  • The ability to prioritise and work under time pressures.
  • Strong attention to detail is a key attribute.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong administration experience ideally gained in a similar environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained within the Life & Pensions industry.
  • Full training will be given so applicants without similar experience will be considered however they will need to demonstrate their interest in the industry and willingness to learn.
  • The ideal candidate will hold the QFA designation, be studying towards or be willing to complete.
Depending on experience the salary on offer for this position is €28,000-€40,000.
