This brand new Venatrix client is Pre-Series A – super scrappy, super fun start-up company that is being spearheaded by SaaS Industry greats! The company is headquartered in New York but opened it's doors in London at the beginning of 2020 and hired a team of three Sales Development Representatives. The Company's leaders have experience from some of the greatest SaaS Companies in the World including Salesforce, Box and TripActions and are determined to make this business a huge success story. 

The technology is a software platform that offers a full project management solution for digital agencies and financial services companies. The platform is fully integrated with Salesforce and saves companies huge amounts of time in their purchasing and payments processes. The Company has already picked up some impressive clients including Nationwide bank and plans to grow the UK team throughout 2021 as they approach their Series A round. 

The culture is super transparent and the whole business has a monthly meeting about what happened in the last 30-days. It is very much one team one dream , everyone wants to collaborate and share best practises. The SDR team is very close knit – they have a very fun, silly and friendly culture. The are looking for three more superstars to join the gang!

SDR's are a crucial step in the sales cycle at this Company.  In this role, you'll properly qualify and learn about a customer's needs, which is integral to success in a sales role.  The Company possesses a deep understanding of the value of their platform and the positive impact it can have on prospective customers.

Who you are:
  • Have a BA/BS or equivalent 
  • Have a strong desire to be in technology sales and have already developed a baseline framework for how to effectively sell 
  • Continually seek improvement and are rigorous in your pursuit of it 
  • Are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals 
  • Are thoughtful, engaging, energetic, and self-aware 
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Focus on details, are a self-starter, and are relentless but professional 
  • Have excellent written/verbal communication skills
