Senior Engineer - Developer

I am seeking a Senior Engineer on behalf of a highly reputable Developer for a large-scale Dublin City Centre development.
The company in question is a family-based business, and despite growing to become a leader within the industry, they remain a close-knit company with a reputation for successfully delivering prestigious developments in Dublin and the surrounding areas. They have a strong portfolio of ongoing and planned projects, and are now seeking a Senior Engineer for a large commercial development in Dublin City Centre.
This is a long-term, permanent position.
€60k - €70k + package DOE.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Assist in maintaining the progress on site in accordance with Project Programme, H&S and Building Regulations.
• Assist in producing and maintaining contract programs with the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
• Liaise with senior management and commercial teams to ensure the project meets overall budget requirements
• Management of the procurement of materials, plant and equipment needed for the project
• Management of sub-contractors and site personnel
• Drive project through to successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Maintaining, tracking and scheduling work programmes and reviewing weekly progress reports from the master construction programme

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-grad experience
• Degree qualified in Construction or Civil Engineering
• Highly motivated with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent people management and communication skills
