Experienced Recruitment Consultant with Oil & Gas / Construction industry experience.

Ingenii Resource is at an exciting time of expansion. We are looking to grow our team in Scotland.

As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing key business relationships, gaining ethical repeat business, building a consistent talent pool and matching candidates to suitable temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
  
The key aspects of the role will be ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to meet client and candidate needs.

The main duties within the role will be:
  • Identifying and obtaining new business opportunities and maintaining key client relationships in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Proactively work with clients to understand their recruitment needs and respond as necessary to ensure these needs are met.
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
  • Establish and agree suitable Terms of Business with each client for services required.
  • Develop knowledge and an understanding of current market rates and conditions within your sector in order to effectively consult with candidates and clients ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Attend client meetings; both new and service, identifying gaps between client expectation and our delivery.
  • Write and place attractive adverts, managing jobs boards and liaising with job centres.
  • Effectively manage the relationship between Ingenii Resource and Clients and Candidates ensuring Ingenii Resource is the agency of choice.
  • Advertising vacancies using all appropriate methods including, but not limited to, social media and job boards to identify and attract suitable candidates.
  • Monitor candidate responses or applications received and ensure that applications are processed efficiently.
  • Shortlist applications and present suitable candidates to the clients, thereafter organising interviews or similar selection activities, as necessary.
