Transaction Services Senior Manager, Canada

I am working with one of Canada’s leading accountancy firms, assisting with the hiring of a Transaction Services Senior Manager for their Montreal office.

The role:

As a Transaction Services Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial due diligence engagements and providing M&A transaction support to clients. You will also be expected to generate new business opportunities within the Transaction Support practice whilst developing and training junior staff members.

Who we're looking for:

• Educated to degree level (additional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA desirable)
• 5-7 years’ experience gained in a large accounting firm
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in financial due diligence is required
• Fluency in English and French
