Roma Black are looking for a Product Manager with make up experience to work for a leading global organization.
  
The Product Manager will be mainly focused on Make Up (and other categories) and will work closely with the brand and marketing team to create the right conditions to support growth in these areas. They will explore new ideas and suggest innovative solutions. They will work pro-actively to plan, execute and develop brand launches and activities across retailers.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the operational side of campaigns for these categories runs smoothly (National launches, UK wide initiatives and launches from other countries)
  • Line manage an Assistant Product Manager who will support you with the day-to-day running of your activity and campaigns
  • Oversee and manage all launch collateral (e.g. POS, Counter Tester stands)
  • Work collaboratively with supply chain on sales plans for each launch and be responsible for product planners, update and maintain stock levels
  • Partner with Demand Planners to track quantities and manage assembly with warehouse and Supply Chain
  • Manage the preparation of monthly reports and data, competitor, and media activity
  • Provide competitive reviews and reports
  • Visit stores occasionally to ensure staying abreast of all marketing activity
  • Managing and updating the marketing budget on a monthly basis, alongside being involved with new launch forecasts as required.
  
Essential background/Skills:
  • Proven track record in brand marketing, developed in a beauty environment
  • Experience as a Product Manager (or a role with similar responsibilities) for make-up products
  • Commercially focused with a creative approach and experience in design, print, buying, copy writing and a feel for visual merchandising
  • Flexible team player, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and good relationship builder
  • Adaptable, organized with strong MS Office skills (Particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience line managing at least one individual
