Our Client is a leading New Homes Developer who have been experiencing an extremely busy sales period throughout the current pandemic.
They are looking for an experienced, true ‘salesperson’ who is looking to hit the ground running.
The On Target Earnings on offer with this company are uncapped and realistic!
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will:
  • Be driven to achieve / exceed sales targets
  • Create a memorable first impression and build rapport with our customers in person, over the telephone or by e-mail.
  • Develop an expert knowledge of the development and property designs
  • Accompany customers around the Show Homes – what differentiates us from other house builders
  • Follow up on visits / enquiries to maximise selling opportunities and convert into completed sales.
  • Liaise with the Site Management team to ensure the smooth running of the development
  • Attend promotional events associated with the development
  • Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage companies and all other associated businesses
  • Maintain the sales office, show homes and stock properties to a high standard both internally and externally
  
The Successful Applicant
  • Project a professional and confident manner 
  • Previous experience with a National, Local or Independent House Builder 
  • Current full UK driving licence
